Where do you clean?

What does the cleaning cost?
You pay a fixed price per hour and a travel fee that depends on the town. Both are shown with the prices; you see the total before you send your enquiry.
How long does a clean take?
That depends on the size and condition of the rooms. You choose the duration yourself. If you are unsure, tell us the size and your wishes in the enquiry; we will get in touch if the time is not enough.
Who provides cleaning products and equipment?
Tell us in your enquiry whether cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are available at your place. We agree everything else when we confirm.
Can I book regular appointments?
Yes. Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly in the enquiry. You request the first appointment and we arrange the following ones with you personally.
How can I pay?
On site at the appointment or in advance, online or by bank transfer. You receive an invoice on request.
Can I deduct the cleaning from my taxes?
For private households in Germany, household-related services can reduce income tax under section 35a of the Income Tax Act (EStG). You need an invoice and must not pay in cash. Your tax adviser or tax office can explain the details.
